I am so excited about today's episode. We are diving into making yourself a priority and exactly how to do it. I think we often hear the idea of filling your cup, but how do you do that in real life? That's what we talk about today.
When I started thinking about this I came up with The Diva Buckets. Strange name, huh? It's actually perfect. When I think of a diva, I imagine a woman who knows what she wants and stops at nothing to get it. In this case, the buckets were created to help you get what you need, but it'll be up to you to make yourself a priority. This tool will show you how, but you still gotta love on yourself enough to make time for you.
Now, I know how hard it can be for women to put themselves first, but how long are you going to pour out of an empty cup into your kids, husband, your business? It isn't fair to them and it's not healthy for you. If you want the best for your life, you need to start acting like you deserve the best. Period. End of story.
As you decide what it'll actually take to create your best life, I'll introduce you to the 4 diva buckets you need to consider as you fill your cup. Each one has its purpose and is absolutely necessary. Here is a glimpse into the 4 buckets:
